Extraction done right in Onyx, CA starts with Category classification, because clean water and contaminated water are handled under very different protocols.
We classify every loss as Category 1, 2, or 3 before extraction begins, then document readings throughout the job.
Our Onyx, CA truck-mount units pull significantly more water per hour than portable extraction gear.
Classification testing on every Onyx, CA call protects both your property and our technicians.
We use specialty injection systems designed to dry hardwood from underneath rather than defaulting to tear-out.
You get documented proof of extraction progress, not just a technician's word.
Water Extraction is a methodology as much as a piece of equipment, and here's how our Onyx, CA crews approach it.
Truck-mount capacity lets us clear a flooded room significantly faster than portable units alone.
We determine contamination level first, since blackwater requires PPE and disposal steps clean water doesn't.
Carpet and pad get separately assessed — pad usually can't be saved, but carpet often can with fast, thorough extraction.
This specialty method can save original hardwood that would otherwise require full tear-out.
Subfloor moisture often hides beneath flooring that looks dry on the surface.
Every job closes with a written extraction report showing before-and-after moisture readings.
We ask enough questions to send the right-sized extraction unit on the first trip.
Equipment is pre-loaded based on dispatch notes, so there's no delay on arrival.
You'll know the classification and cost before work starts.
Extraction continues until documented moisture readings confirm the job is complete.
